Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from the EvettField Shop. If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is significantly different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@evettfield.com.
Please include:
- your name and order number
- a brief description of the problem
- a photo of the item where this helps us understand what has happened.
We may ask you to return the item so we can assess the issue. If the item is confirmed to have a problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.
If we ask you to return an item, please send it to: EvettField Partners Pty Ltd, PO Box 49, Mount Gravatt, Queensland 4122.
Where you have reasonably incurred postage costs returning a faulty item to us, we will reimburse those costs once the fault has been confirmed.
Change of mind
We do not currently offer returns, exchanges or refunds where you have simply changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer want the item.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Free digital downloads
Our downloadable colouring-in pages are provided free of charge and do not require payment. As there is no purchase price to refund, they are not covered by our change-of-mind returns process.
If you experience a problem accessing a download, please contact info@evettfield.com and we will assist where we can.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
