About You

You are the business owner or leader of a small-to-medium B2B business, responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of your organisation. You and your leadership team are committed, have aggressive growth targets and a clear deadline to achieve the agreed business objectives.

The business employs between 20 and 200 team members and has a turnover in the range of $10m to $100m+ per annum. Key success factors include increased revenue, margin, and market share to drive enterprise value. 

Although your management team are capable and committed, they may not have the depth of internal resources available to address all the issues and capture all of the opportunities identified. You have a number of key competitive strategy objecives and opportunities, that when realised, would make a substantial and positive impact on your business.

You are comfortable engaging external support and have the authority to engage specialist resources to achieve your business objectives more efficiently and effectively.
