About You

You are the owner or leader of a small-to-medium sized B2B business, and you are responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the organisation. You and your leadership team are committed, have aggressive growth targets and a clear deadline to achieve the agreed business objectives.

Your business probably employs between 20 and 200 team members and has a turnover in the range of $10m to $100m+ per annum. Key success factors include increased revenue, margin and market share to drive enterprise value.
